The EASC Trainee Course last week on Friday Jan23rd (Dublin, RCSI) was evaluated extremely positively by participants (n=39), with 97% rating the course as extremely or very valuable and 100% rating both the case scenarios and individual lectures as excellent or good. The interactive, case-based format and expert multidisciplinary faculty were consistently identified as key strengths. Importantly, 95% of attendees reported that the course had the potential to change their surgical practice, and 100% would recommend the course to colleagues. Overall, the evalation demonstrates a high-quality educational programme with clear clinical relevance and measurable impact on trainee learning and practice.
