Welcome to the 40th Emergency Abdominal Surgery Course. This course builds on previous EASC curriculum and brings together a dynamic international and national faculty who are at frontline of Emergency Surgery. EASC focuses solely on the acute abdomen, in a multidisciplinary shared learning approach. It will bring you a level of discussion you have not heard before and enhance your ability on-duty as a surgeon in training. This course is about decision making and surgical technique in patients with common abdominal emergencies. The course is endorsed by many societies and is the EGS course for the World Society of Emergency Surgery www.wses.org.uk.

New to the course with be abbreviated lectures due to precourse availabilty of lectures on the EASC platform. EASC is renowned for its case scenarios and these have been expanded with new head to head sessions will totally stimulate you.
